摘要
针对高速走丝线切割加工常遇到的断丝问题,详细分析断丝产生的基理和导致断丝的重要因素,结合使用的经验提出高速走丝线切割的断丝防范措施。
In view of the problems of broken wires in the process of high-speed wire cutting, this paper analyzes the cause mechanism of broken wire and important factors of the broken wire in detail and puts forward the preventive measures of broken wires in the process of high-speed wire cutting by the experience.
