摘要
通过对医疗自助服务系统产生的背景以及医院对医疗自助服务系统需求的分析,研究和设计了江苏省中医院医疗自助服务系统,该系统实现了诊疗前引导、诊疗中便捷、诊疗后康复、院内外就诊的全流程全覆盖,同时借助互联网实现了O2O医疗服务。医疗自助服务系统是当前医院信息化建设热点之一,互联网+移动医疗有望从根本上改善这一医疗生态,研究及解决其存在的问题具有积极的现实意义。
Based on the background of medical self-service system and hospital needs analysis of medical self-service system,research and design the Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine self-service system.This system can realize theguidance before the diagnosis and treatment, registration and payment during the process of diagnosis and treatment, diagnosis andtreatment information query, etc., and meanwhile realize the O2O medical services with the help of the Internet. The medical selfservicesystem is a hot spot in current hospital information construction, with the Internet + mobile medical treatment expected tofundamentally improve the medical service process, to study and solve the problem of its existence has a positive practical significance.
