摘要
目的:提升医院药品管理,降低各药房及药库库存、减少缺货率、减少工作人员工作量。方法:获取药房历史药品消耗情况,结合ABC分类法与高低限量法,并将其应用于医院各药房的药品入库申请及医院对外的药品采购。结果:利用信息化手段实现了基于ABC分类法与高低限量法相结合的药品入库及采购管理系统。结论:基于ABC分类算法自动生成的药品入库申请单及采购计划单更加合理,提高了药房药库人员工作效率,并使医院药品管理更加科学化。
Objective: To improve drug management of the hospital pharmacy,reduce inventories、stock-out rates and theworkload of the relevant staff. Methods: Base on the pharmacy drug consumption, combined with Activity Based Classification andHigh and low limit method, and it apply to drug purchasing. Results: This paper has achieved the drug storage and procurementmanagement system based on the combination of Activity Based Classification and High and low limit method. Conclusion: Purchaseplan is more reasonable, work efficiency is higher, drug management of the hospital is more scientific.
