摘要
目的:分析四肢骨折患者治疗前后骨代谢与局部微循环指标的变化情况。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年6月于重庆市铜梁区中医院进行治疗的60例四肢骨折患者为观察组,同时期的60名同龄健康者为对照组,然后将观察组治疗前后1周、2周、4周、8周、12周及对照组的血清骨代谢指标、骨愈合影响指标、局部微循环指标进行分别进行比较。结果:观察组治疗前及治疗后1周、2周、4周、8周的骨代谢指标及骨愈合影响指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前与治疗后1周、2周、4周、8周、12周的局部微循环指标则均差于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四肢骨折患者治疗前后骨代谢与局部微循环指标的变化较大,应注意根据其变化进行针对性的干预。
Objective:To study and analyze the change state of bone metabolism and local microcirculation indexes of patientswith limbs fracture. Methods:60 patients with limbs fracture in The People, s Hospital in Wansheng Economy and Techology DevelopmentDistrict in Chongqing from January 2013 to June 2014 were the observation group,60 healthy persons with the same age at thesame period were the control group, then the serum bone metabolism and bone healing indexes, local microcirculation indexes of observationgroup before the treatment and at 1 st ,2nd ,4th , 8th and 12th week after the treatment and control group were respectively analyzedand compared. Results : The serum bone metabolism and bone healing indexes of observation group before the treatment and at1st,2n d ,4th and 8th week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group and the local microcirculation indexes of observationgroup before the treatment and at 1 st ,2nd ,4th, 8th and 12th week after the treatment were all worse than those of control group( P < 0 .0 5 ) . Conclusion: The change of bone metabolism and local microcirculation indexes of patients with limbs fracture are largeshould be paid to targeted intervention according to the change.
