摘要
目的研究等体温冲洗液对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术患者的体温影响。方法选取在佛山市中医院三水医院进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的患者86例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。其中观察组患者采用等体温冲洗液进行术中灌注,对照组患者采用室温下冲洗液进行术中灌注。对比分析2组患者手术前后生命体征指标、术中不同时间点体温水平的变化及围术期不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术后中心体温、平均动脉压、心率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术中各个时段体温变化幅度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生情况发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论等体温冲洗液应用于输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术可提高患者手术的安全性,维持术中患者的体温,有效降低不良反应的发生,促进患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of body temperature irrigation fluid on body temperature in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in Sanshui Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly given intraoperative perfusion with either body temperature irrigation fluid(observation group,n = 43) or room temperature irrigation fluid(control group,n = 43). The vital signs, intraoperative temperature changes and perioperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with room temperature irrigation fluid, body temperature irrigation fluid improved postoperative center temperature, mean arterial pressure and heart rate,and reduced the variation in body temperature and the incidence of adverse reactions(P <C0. 05). Conclusion Body temperature irrigation fluid can increase the safety of operation,maintain intraoperative body temperature, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote the recovery in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.
