摘要
中医理论与实践是以阴阳学说为基础,其纲要为"凡阴阳之要,阳密乃固"。本文阐述了四时规律下,"密"和"固"与生物体生存状态间的关系,以及对人类医疗保健的作用。
The theory and practice of Chinese medicine is based on the theory of yin and Yang,its outline is "Fan Yin Yang ZhiYao,Yang Mi Nai Gu".This paper expounds the relationship between "Mi","Gu" and living condition of living organisms,and therole on the human health care under the four time rule.
