摘要
目的:对急诊内科意识障碍患者的病情指征进行分析。方法:收治急诊内科进行治疗的患者150例,对其临床治疗的资料进行回顾性分析,并对其造成意识障碍的主要原因进行探究。结果:急诊内科患者以急性脑血管疾病的患者为主,其次为中毒类、急性感染性疾病、肺性脑病以及糖尿病,这些疾病均会引起患者的意识障碍现象。结论:引起急诊内科患者意识障碍的原因繁多且复杂,但是其共同点都是由较为常见的疾病所引起的,在患者的临床治疗中,医护人员要密切关注其指征变化,并引导家属实施观察,以能够有所针对性和有效性地进行疾病的治疗,降低意识障碍现象的发生率。
Objective:To analyze the disease indication of patients with consciousness disorder in emergency internal medicine.Methods:150 patients who were treated in emergency internal medicine were selected,made a retrospective analysis of the clinicaldata of the patients,and the main reasons for the cause of consciousness were explored.Results:Patients with acute cerebralvascular disease are the main causes of patients in emergency internal medicine,followed by poisoning,acute infectious disease,pulmonary encephalopathy and diabetes,these diseases can cause the patients' consciousness obstacle phenomenon.Conclusion:The causes of consciousness disorder in emergency internal medicine patients are various and complex,but their common groundis caused by a common disease,in the patients' clinical treatment,health care workers should pay close attention to the change oftheir indications,and to guide the implementation of the family observation,in order to be able to be targeted and effective for thetreatment of diseases,reduce the occurrence of consciousness disorder.
