摘要
目的:观察并讨论鼻整形术修复先天性鼻畸形的临床效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年12月来我院治疗的30例先天性鼻畸形患者实施回顾性分析,随机分成两组。实验组采取自体软骨鼻整形术,参照组采取硅胶假体鼻整形术,观察两组手术后的临床疗效。结果:经比较得知,两组鼻畸形均得到明显矫正,实验组优于参照组,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对先天性鼻畸形患者施以自体软骨鼻整形术具有较高的修复价值,可提升鼻部的美观性,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of nasal plastic surgery to repair the congenital deformity of nose. Methods Select the December June 2014 to 2015 to our hospital for the treatment of 30 cases of congenital nasal deformities were retrospectively analyzed were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group take autologous cartilage in rhinoplasty and reference group take silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty. Clinical efficacy of two groups after surgery. Results After comparison, two groups of nasal deformities were significantly corrected, the experimental group was better than the reference group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion On patients with congenital nasal deformities impose autologous cartilage in rhinoplasty has higher value to repair, can improve the appearance of the nose, worthy of clinical application.
