摘要
在70 kt/a的淤浆工艺装置上,采用专用主催化剂和改进的生产工艺条件,开发出高门尼黏度氯化聚乙烯专用高密度聚乙烯YEC-5407T。以进口同类产品为对照,采用差示扫描量热仪、激光粒度分析仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等研究了YEC-5407T的结构与形态。结果表明:YEC-5407T具有蜡含量低、熔点低、熔程窄、重均分子量高、相对分子质量分布宽和平均粒径小的特点。氯化试验表明,用YEC-5407T制备的氯化聚乙烯的综合性能达到甚至超过进口同类产品水平。
High density polyethylenefor high Mooney viscosity chlorinated polyethylene(CPE), YEC-5407T, was developed in 70 kt/a slurry process unit, by use of special catalyst and modified process conditions.The structure and properties of YEC-5407T were investigated and compared with imported materials by means of lasers particle size analyzer, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), gel permeation chromatograph(GPC),and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that YEC-5407T features low wax content, low melting temperature, narrow melting range, high weight-average molecular weight, wide molecular weight distribution, and small average particle size. The chlorination experiment indicates that the properties of CPE prepared by YEC-5407T are better than those of imported materials.
