摘要
该文阐述了一种比例调压液压系统,采用带有先导阀的二通插装阀作为主阀,实现液压系统输出压力值与输入信号大小一致。在AMESim软件中建立系统开环模型,进行仿真实验,得出开环系统阶跃响应以及斜坡响应响应结果,用Nyquist图分析开环系统的稳定性。增加比例装置和PID控制器,成为闭环系统,再次进行仿真实验,将两次仿真实验的结果进行对比,闭环系统能够达到预期的输出结果。
This paper presents a proportional pressure regulating hydraulic system, the two-way cartridge valve with pilot valve as the main valve, the hydraulic system to achieve the output pressure value is consistent with the input signal. Open loop system model is established in the AMESim software, and do simulation experiments, gets the results of the open loop system step response and the slope response and use the Nyquist diagram analysis the stability of open loop system. Add proportion device and PID controller, become a closed loop system, do simulation experiment again, compare two simulation results, the closed-loop system to achieve the desired output.
