摘要
目的:探讨早期持续低剂量铁剂补充对早产儿发育的意义。方法:收治早产儿176例,分为两组。观察A组给予早期持续低剂量铁剂补充,观察B组根据Siimes的分类方法给予铁剂补充,对照组按照HB值给予铁剂补充,比较3组在3、6、9、12月龄时的体格、智力发育情况。结果:对照组HB值明显高于观察A组、观察B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组DQ明显高于观察A组、观察B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察A组9月龄、12月龄时体重、身高指标明显高于观察B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期持续低剂量铁剂补充可有效促进早产儿的体格发育与神经运动智力发育。
Objective:To investigate the significance of early continuous low-dose of iron supplement to promote the developmentof premature infants.Methods:176 cases of premature infants were divided into two groups.The observation group A was givenearly continuous low-dose iron supplement.The observation group B was given iron supplement according to the classification ofSiimes method.The control group was given iron supplement according to the HB value.The physical and mental development ofthe three groups at the age of 3,6,9,12 month were compared.Results:The HB value of the control group was significantly higherthan that of the observation group A,the observation group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The DQ ofthe control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group A,the observation group B,and the differences werestatistically significant (P<0.05).The weight and height of the observation group A at the age of 9,12 month were significantlyhigher than those of the observation group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Earlycontinuous low-dose iron supplement could promote the physical growth and nerve motor intelligence development of prematureeffectively.
