摘要
滁州市是安徽省最早引种长山核桃地区之一,现保存一批大树资源。为解决长山核桃良种缺乏的困境,在全面调查滁州市大树资源的基础上,收集了13株优良单株的果实,并对其坚果性状进行分析,采用相关性分析、主成分分析等方法筛选出了目标优株,为后续的无性系测定奠定了基础。
Chuzhou City is one of the areas first introducing Carya illinoensis in Anhui Province,with preserved resources of many bigtrees.To overcome the dilemma in finding enough improved Carya illinoensis varieties,fruits of13superior individual trees werecollected based on a comprehensive survey of the resources of the big trees in Chuzhou City and an analysis was made on the nutproperties.Target superior individual trees were selected with methods including correlation analysis and principal component analysis,laying the foundation for subsequent clonal tests.
