摘要
由于自然和人为因素,清代清水江流域属于森林火灾频繁地区,清水江流域地区诸县县志对火灾事故都有记载。官方和民间采取多元措施积极应对火灾,当地民间力量也积极参与因火灾损坏的公众设施重建,清水江流域地区还通过制定契约制度预防火灾,以保护山林。
Due to natural or man-made factors,Qingshui river basin in Qing Dynasty frequently got fires.They were recorded by his?torical notes in the town or county.The government and local people conducted multiple measures to actively respond to fires.Local forcesput into efforts to the reconstruction after fires and people along Qingshui River basin also prevent the fire through system of contracts toprotect the mountain and forest.
