摘要
为了满足雷达设备的收发需求,提出了一种小型化、低相噪、低杂散的C波段频率合成器的设计与实现.首先提出了双环锁相合成、倍频、电压预置的总体设计方案,在分析电荷泵不匹配杂散方法的基础上对一本振跳频信号模块、二本振定频信号模块进行了设计,最后基于ADS软件的非线性包络建模对相位噪声、杂散等指标进行了仿真优化,给出了系统测试结果.测试结果验证了该方案的可行性.
For meeting the demand of radar equipment transmit-receive systems, the design of a type ofcompact, low phase noise and low spurious C band frequency synthesizer and its implementation are presented inthis paper. Firstly, the general design scheme of dual-circuit phase-locked synthesis, frequency multiplication andpresetting voltage is proposed, on the basis of the analysis of the stray method of the charge pump mismatch, andnext the frequency hopping signal module of the first local oscillator and the frquency-fixed signal module of thesecond local oscillator are designed. And finally, the indexes of phase noises, spurious signals and so on aresimulated and optimized by using the nonlinear envelope modeling based on the ADS software and the test resultsof the system are given. The test results prove the feasibility of the scheme.
