摘要
目的 比较不同性别健康人群和亚健康人群主要生化指标的差异。方法 选取30~55岁的健康者3000名和亚健康者1000例,分别检测空腹葡萄糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA),按照不同人群和性别分别进行统计分析。结果 健康组男性除TC和HDL-C外,其他生化指标均高于健康组女性(P<0.05);亚健康组男性除TC、HDL-C和LDL-C外,其他生化指标均高于亚健康组女性(P<0.05)。亚健康组男性除Cr、HDL-C和BUN外,其他生化指标均高于健康组男性(P<0.05);亚健康组女性除Cr和HDL-C外,其他生化指标均高于健康组女性(P<0.05)。结论 不同性别亚健康人群和健康人群的部分生化指标存在明显差异,建议各实验室根据不同人群和性别建立各自的参考区间。
Objective To compare the difference of main biochemical indicators between healthy subjects andsub-healthy subjects with different sex. Methods A total of 3 000 healthy subjects and 1 000 sub-healthy subjects atthe age of 30-55 were enrolled. Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)and uric acid(UA)were determined. The results were analyzed according to different subjects and different sex.Results Except TC and HDL-C,other biochemical indicators of healthy males were higher than those of healthy females(P<0.05). Except TC,HDL-C and LDL-C,other biochemical indicators of sub-healthy males were higher thanthose of sub-healthy females(P<0.05). Except Cr,HDL-C and BUN,other biochemical indicators of sub-healthymales were higher than those of healthy males(P<0.05). Except Cr and HDL-C, other biochemical indicators ofsub-healthy females were higher than those of healthy females(P<0.05). Conclusions Most of main biochemicalindicators are different between healthy subjects and sub-healthy subjects with different sex. Every laboratory shouldestablish respective reference ranges according to different subjects and sex.
