摘要
钢筋的加工质量和保护层厚度的合格率对桥涵工程构造物的使用寿命有极大影响,首先从钢筋的原材、存放、调直、下料、弯制、连接以及成型等方面介绍了提高钢筋加工质量的方法以及注意事项,然后从钢筋保护层垫块、模板、钢筋笼吊装以及混凝土浇注等方面,对提高钢筋保护层厚度合格率的方法进行了探讨,希望能给工程实践中的工作人员提供一定的参考。
The processing quality of reinforcing steel and percent ofpass of protection layer thickness exert great influence on service life of bridge culvert engineering structure. First, methods ofimproving processing quality of reinforcing steel and matters needing attention are introduced from aspects like raw material of reinforcing steel,storage, alignment, material preparation, bending, connection and molding and so on, and then the discussion on the methodof improving percent of pass of reinforcing steel protection layer thickness is made from aspects likecushion block of reinforcing steel protection layer, formwork, steel reinforcement cagehoisting and concrete placement and so on, so as to provide certainreference for working personnel in engineering practice.
