摘要
水库优化调度是一个涉及到很多方面的复杂的最优控制问题。对水库调度的研究无论在理论上还是实际生产中都具有很大的经济价值,各种新理论、新技术、新方法也正在运用到水库调度中。目前学术界研究的热点包括:大规模水电站水库群的联合优化调度问题,综合考虑多个部门的用水需求,构建合理的数学模型对其进行数学描述,寻求在精度和速度上满足需求的求解算法。纵观水库优化调度发展的60多年历史,调度理论、模型构造以及方法求解上已经有了长足的进展。同时还存在一些问题,其主要在于调度理论发展趋向与实际电站运行要求相背离。
The reservoir optimal operation is a complex issue concerning optimal control and involving many aspects. The research on reservoir operation is of a great economic value in theory and actual production. Moreover, new theories, technologies and methods are also being applied to reservoir operation. Currently, the researches in the academic circles mainly focus on joint optimal operation of reservoir groups of large-scale hydropower projects. With comprehensive consideration given to water demands of various departments, a reasonable mathematical model is built for the purpose of mathematical description, to obtain a solution algorithm meeting the demands in terms of solution accuracy and speed. Throughout the more than 60 years of development in reservoir optional operation, considerable progresses have been made in operation theory, model construction, and solution method. Even so, there still exist some problems, and the main problem is that the theoretical development trend of reservoiroperation deviates from the actual operation requirements of hydropower project.
