摘要
通过分析油田管杆偏磨原因,提出了抽油杆扶正器设计的等磨损率原理,并针对油田存在的两种类型的偏磨,分别采取抽油杆轴向力检测技术设计抽油杆加重杆和采用新型高强防偏磨扶正杆,有效的解决了油田管杆偏磨的问题,降低了油田开发正本,保证了油井的正常生产。
The causes of tube rod eccentric wear are described as well as the law of equal wear rate of sucker rod centralizer.Weighting rod designed based on axial force detection of rod and new high strength anti eccentric wear centralizer are used respectively to resolve two kinds of eccentric wear in oilfield,therefore,reduce the costs of oilfield development and ensure the operation of oil wells.
