摘要
本文针对稠油热采井套管损坏的问题,调研了大量国内外研究文献,指出了仅以SY/T5724-2008标准对稠油热采井套管进行强度校核存在不足,提出了稠油热采井套管柱强度校核设计应从井筒套管温度、温度对套管强度影响以及高温下套管热应力等方面进行分析研究和校核,对今后稠油热采井套管柱强度校核提供了设计方法和理论支持。
Aiming at the issue of casing string damage in the heavy-oil thermal recovery wells,this paper researches a great deal of literature at home and aboard,and then points out the disadvantages of strength checking for the casing string in heavy-oil thermal recovery wells only by SY/T5724-2008,and finally puts forward the suggestion that the design of casing string for heavy-oil thermal recovery wells should research and check from the aspects of the temperature of wellbore casing,the effect of temperature on casing strength and the casing thermal stress in high temperature so as to provide design method and theoretical support for the casing strength checking of heavy-oil thermal recovery well in the future.
