摘要
目的:观察普洱茶生茶、熟茶不同浓度水浸提取液处理人工龋后的表面形态,为天然防龋药物的研究与开发提供理论依据。方法:利用化学试剂人工培养釉质脱矿模型,以水为提取液分别提取生茶、熟茶96、48、24、12、6 mg/m L为实验溶液,20 mg/m L氟化钠为阳性对照,去离子水为阴性对照,共分为12组,经体外p H循环后在扫描电镜下观察。结果:生茶组和熟茶组均随着浓度的增加牙釉质表面的沉积物越多越均匀致密,达96 mg/m L时有大量规则的结晶生成,熟茶组比生茶组的沉积物更多更厚。氟化钠组大量的固体物质沉积,但结晶不紧密;去离子水组也有少许稀疏的沉积物,表面不平整,和脱矿后的差别不大。结论:普洱茶生茶和熟茶水提取液均对人工脱矿釉质有再矿化作用,但低浓度效果不明显。
Objective:To observe the surface of artificial caries that treated by different concentration of raw and ripe Pu'er teaaqueous extracts for providing a theoretical basis for the research and development of natural anti-caries drug.Methods:Demineralizated enamel cultured by chemical reagents was used as model.With water as the extract,raw and ripe tea with96,48,24,12,6mg/mL were used as test solution.20mg/mL NaF as the positive control group and deionized water as the negative control groupwere divided into12groups and observed by scanning electron microscopy after pH extracorporeal circulation.Results:With theincreasing concentration of raw and ripe tea,the sediments on enamel surface were more uniform and compact and a large number ofregular crystallization generated when the concentration reached up to96mg/mL,and ripe tea group had more and thicker sedimentsthan raw tea;NaF group also had a lot of sediments,but was not compact;deionized water group only had a few sparse sediments withuneven surface,and had little difference after demineralization.Conclusion:Raw and ripe Pu'er tea aqueous extract had theremineralization effect on artificial demineralized enamel,but the low concentration was ineffective.
