摘要
通过隐匿观察法,考察蔡甸区和武汉经济技术开发区政务服务中心工作人员的语言使用状况,可以发现:从话语类型来看,两个政务中心的窗口工作人员在主动接待办事市民时使用普通话的概率均高于被动应答语境;从性别角度看,两个政务中心均经历了男性普通话使用率高于女性,后逐渐发展为持平状态的过程;从年龄角度看,两个政务中心均经历了中老年工作人员普通话使用率低于青年,后逐渐实现全员用语规范化的过程。这一发展过程受益于国家语言政策的大力推广、地方语言规划的积极推动和公民语言意识的与时俱进。
Through hidden observation,the author of this paper investigated the administrative servicecenters of Chaidian District and the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone.It is found thatthe staff in both centers use Mandarin more often when receiving citizens than when passively responding toquestions.From the perspective of genders,both centers have experienced a higher frequency of usingMandarin among the male than the female to a balanced situation.Mandarin was less used among the middleand older aged than the young at the beginning,and later all staff are able to use Mandarin.This changegreatly benefits from the vigorous popularization of the national language policy,the positive promotion oflocal policies,and the enhancement of citizens’language awareness as well.
