摘要
本论文以案例教学的基本概念为出发点,首先介绍了军队院校在教育改革大潮中、培养新型军事人才的形势下,有必要改变教学模式,培养主导—主体精神;而案例教学法是培养学员主导—主体精神的一种非常有效的、创新的教学方法,有利于学员发挥主动积极性,培养多种能力;随后重点分析了案例教学需要教员在教学准备、教学实施、教学总结等方面的工作较传统教学法更周密、翔实,积极引导,积极参与,需要设计的环节增多,不可控的因素增多,对教员素质提出更高的要求。
In this paper,the concept of the case teaching as a starting point,first introduced under the reform tide and training new military situation in the any colleges and universities,it is necessary to change the teaching model,to cultivate leading subject spirit. The case teaching method is very effective and innovative teaching method to cultivate students' leading spirit. It is beneficial for students to exert their initiative and cultivate their abilities. Compared with the traditional teaching method is more thorough and detailed. Then,focus on the analysis of case teaching about teaching preparation,teaching implementation,teaching summary etc. In the case teaching method need more design part,more uncontrollable factors,and higher requirements on the quality of teachers.
