某型保险阀非线性稳定性及参数影响特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过引入修正的库仑摩擦力模型开展了保险阀非线性稳定特性的数值分析,获得了阀门颤振的局部稳定特性,从理论上解释了保险阀通气试验阀门工作稳定而在振动试验中会发生颤振的现象,在此基础上开展了保险阀非线性稳定的参数影响特性研究,得到了以下结论:增加气瓶与保险阀连通管长度、库仑摩擦力、主弹簧刚度将有利于提升保险阀的稳定性;减小给气瓶充气theoretical用的孔板直径,将有助于提升保险阀的稳定性。 By introduced a modified Coulomb friction, the nonlinear stability characteristics of a safety valves was numerically studied, and the local stability characteristics was obtained; Moreover, the phenomenon which working stable at discharge test and working unstable at vibration test was theoretically interpreted. Based on the nonlinear model, the parameters effects on the stability of the safe safety were investigated.The results indicate that increasing the pipe length between gas vessel and safety valve, or the Coulomb friction, or the main spring stiffness will improve the stability of the safety valve, and decreasing the orifice diameter has a similar effect.
