摘要
该文对某全自动高性能齿轮泵试验台液压系统做了简单介绍,主要描述了实际使用过程中发现的问题,对调压元件的使用原则进行分析,并进一步测试了以比例节流阀或比例换向阀作为比例溢流阀替代件进行加载试验的试验性能。
In this paper, automatic high-performance gear pump test-bed hydraulic system is simply introduced. In actual use, there are many problems, which have been pointed out in this article. The using principle of pressure adjusting component is analyzed, and during the load test, the testing performance of proportional throttle valve or proportional directional valve as a replacement of proportional relief valve is further checked out.
