摘要
发动机的摩擦损失,其原因是气缸筒的变形所至。而气缸筒变形的原因主要是加工、温度和连接紧固力或布置不当产生的。文章从产生变形的各种原因出发,分析由于各种变形对气缸筒不同部位造成的摩擦形式和影响。根据分析的结论提出了相应的解决方案和措施,对于采用的措施的效果进行了分析。
The friction loss of an engine is created by the deformation of the cylinder,which is mainly due to process,temperature, and connection fastening force or improper arrangement. Starting from the various causes of deformation,this article analyzes friction forms and effects of different parts of the cylinder caused by the various deformations. According to the conclusion reached through the analysis, the corresponding solutions and measures are proposed and the effects of the measures adopted are analyzed.
