通过对混凝土搅拌车在各种工况下运行的分析(以10m^3混凝土搅拌运输车为例),介绍了上装部分传动系统的设计方案和主要参数的确定,以及各元件的选型,并对整个系统的扭矩和功率进行了计算及校核,确保了设计的合理性和运行的可靠性。
By way of analyzing the operation of concrete mixing carrier (e.g. 103m concrete mixing carrier) under various working conditions, the thesis clarifies the design plan and important parameters of upper part transmission system.Moreover, this thesis distinguishes the required components style and calculates the torsional moment and power of the whole system, ascertaining the rationality of design and reliability of operation.
