摘要 目的研发应用于放疗中心的通用数据平台,实现放射治疗信息数字化管理。方法选用微软的.NET程序作为开发平台,通过Windows通讯接口实现网络服务。放疗信息系统主体由应用服务器和数据库两部分构成,其功能包括病人登记、病人管理、检查登记、膜室管理、CT室及模拟机管理、计划室管理、治疗室管理等。系统通过HL7网关和DICOM网关与放疗图像存档与通信系统(PACS)和医院信息系统(HIS)通信。结果系统根据放疗科室的工种分为前台工作站、医生工作站、物理师工作站等多个角色,放疗患者入院后所有就医环节均由放射治疗信息系统衔接管理。结论放射治疗管理信息系统有效地将放疗各个环节衔接在一起,大大降低了数据传输的出错率,同时提高了数据的共享效率。 Objective To develop a common data platform for department of radiation to achieve digital management of radiotherapy (RT) information. Methods NET program of Microsoft was selected as a development platform of the system. And Web service was realized by using windows communication foundation (WCF). The subject of radiotherapy information system (RTIS) was made up of applicationserver and database, with functions including patient registration, patient administration, detection record,management for mold room, management for computed tomography (CT) room & simulator device,management for planning room, management for treatment room and so on. The RTIS application serverwas designed to communicate with radiotherapy picture archiving and communication system (RTPACS)as well as hospital information system (HIS), which were connected through gateways of health level7 (HL7) and digital image communication in medicine (DICOM). Results According to the types ofclinical work in the department of radiation, work roles of RTIS were defined as receptionist workstation,physician workstation, physicist workstation, etc. After the patient was admitted to hospital, the whole RT procedure could be followed and controlled by RTIS. Conclusion RTIS was an effective and efficient network system which associated all links of the RT procedure, it greatly reduced the possibility of data transmission errors, and improved the data sharing efficiency of communications between the departments.
