冠脉慢血流的药物研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 随着对冠脉循环研究的不断深入,已逐渐认识到冠脉微循环障碍在缺血性心脏病诊治中的重要地位和预后价值,而冠脉慢血流现象是冠脉微循环障碍中较为常见的临床疾病,但其临床诊治常常被忽视,更缺乏规范化的干预措施。本综述从其发病机制入手,回顾分析现有的相应药物干预措施,以期引起临床一线医生对冠脉慢血流现象的重视。
