摘要
目的探讨氟康唑联合克霉唑栓对老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法 142例老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各71例。对照组患者给予氟康唑片口服治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予克霉唑栓治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量变化及复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.18%,高于对照组的77.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总复发率为1.41%,明显低于对照组的16.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者应用氟康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗疗效显著,可有效改善患者症状,降低患者治疗后复发率,提高生活质量,值得临床进行推广。
Objective To investigate influence by fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories on clinical symptoms and quality of life in senile monilial vaginitis patients. Methods A total of 142 senile monilial vaginitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 71 cases ineach group. The control group received oral administration of fluconazole tablets, and the observation groupreceived additional clotrimazole suppositories for treatment. Clinical effects, quality of life change and recurrencecondition were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rateas 97.18% than 77.46% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Aftertreatment, the observation group had higher quality of life score than the control group, and the difference hadstatistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower total recurrence rate as 1.41% than16.90% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination offluconazole and clotrimazole suppositories provides remarkable effect in treating senile monilial vaginitis patients.This method can effectively improve symptoms in patients, reduce recurrence rate after treatment and enhance their quality of life. It is worth clinical promotion.
