摘要
试验采用盆栽法,用混料试验设计中{3,3}单形格子设计,建立繁育马铃薯微型薯高产优质的基质配比模型,根据试验马铃薯的单株块茎重、单株块茎数、单块茎重、合格薯率、大中薯率,分析优化菌渣、河沙、珍珠岩3种基质的配比。研究表明,高产稳产优质的马铃薯微型薯繁育基质配比为45.60%∶30.02%∶24.38%。
{3,3}simplex lattice design in the mixture experiment design was adopted in this experiment, the regression models about high yield and good quality were established to optimize the ratio of mushroom residue, sand and perlite. The author optimized the volume ratio of three substrate materials according to the yield of potato microtubers, number of microtubers, weight of microtubers, and rate of large and medium-sized microtubers . The results showed that the volume ratio of mushroom residue, sand and perlite was optimized as follows:45.60% ∶ 30.02% ∶ 24.38%; under this condition, high yield and good quality of potato microtubers obtained.
