摘要
通过对广东省校园足球裁判员队伍现状进行调查研究,对校园足球裁判员的学习动机、体能状况、理论知识、限制发展的因素以及对年轻裁判员的培养因素进行分析。发现校园足球裁判的学习动机是出于热爱足球事业以及提高专业技能,体能和理论知识有所欠缺,时间、年龄、外语、心态是限制其发展的重要因素,提出年轻裁判员应注重理论知识、比赛实践场次和体能储备,赛后的总结及评价有助于裁判员的提高。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of Guangdong Province Campus football referees,the factors ofthe campus football referees learning motivation,physical condition,theoretical knowledge,and restrict the development ofthe training of young referees factors analysis.Find the campus football referee learning motivation is for the love of footballand improve their professional skills,lack of physical and theoretical knowledge,time,age,language,mentality is animportant factor to restrict its development,put forward the young referee should focus on theoretical knowledge and practiceof game sessions and physical reserves,will help improve the summary and evaluation of the game the referee.
