摘要
本文探讨定痫丸治疗癫痫的研究新进展,为其临床广泛应用及其治疗机制的深入探讨提供参考。通过查阅近10年的相关文献,分别从定痫丸的方剂分析、辨证治疗、与中医外治法结合、与抗癫痫西药结合治疗癫痫等的临床观察以及有关定痫丸抗癫痫作用的实验研究等多方面做一综合概述,并指出不足和对其进行展望。
A review on treating epilepsy with Dingxian Wan was investigated in the article, in order to provide more reference for the clinical application and treatment mechanism. Through consulting relevant literature in recent 10 years, from the prescription analysis of Dingxian Wan, dialectical treatment, TCM medicine internal therapy combined with external therapy on epilepsy, clinical observation on treating epilepsy in the integrative medicine, as well as experimental studies on antiepileptic effects of Dingxian Wan were summarized,and the disadvantages and prospect were pointed out.
