摘要
套管损伤是油气勘探及后期开发作业过程中普遍存在的现象,尤其在高温、高压及腐蚀性环境中。页岩气勘探开发均采用大型压裂技术,压裂过程对套管、油管产生了不同程度伤害。采用电磁探伤(MID-K)及多臂井径(MIT)组合测井技术能快速有效地了解套管破损、变形及腐蚀等情况,运用该项技术对某页岩气井进行套损检测,全面了解了该井生产套管破损及射孔情况。
Casing damage is a wide spread phenomenon in oil and gas exploration and late development operation,especiallyin high temperature,high pressure and corrosive environment.Shale gas exploration and development usually using the fracturingtechnology,fracturing process has different level damage on the casing and tubing.The combination of electromagnetic detection(MID-K)with Multi-arm caliper(MIT)logging technology can quickly and efficiently detect casing damage,deformation,corrosion and so on.This technology can be applied in casing damage detection for some shale gas well to make a comprehensiveunderstanding of the production casing damage and perforation.
