摘要
针对既有地铁线道岔区整体道床出现的翻浆冒泥病害,对其形成原因进行了分析,通过采用EAA高渗透亲水性环氧砂浆材料作为灌浆料进行注浆加固,严格控制注浆工艺过程,对岔区道床翻浆冒泥病害进行处理,取得了良好效果。
Aiming at the frost boiling defects occurred to the monolithic track bed in existing metro turnout areas,this paper analyzes its causes.By using EAA high permeability hydrophilic epoxy mortar as grouting material for grouting reinforcement,it strictly controls the grouting process.The turnout track frost boiling defects are treated,and a good effect is achieved.
