立式制动盘专用机床立柱多目标优化 被引量:1

摘要 立柱是机床加工的关键零部件之一,其性能的优劣对加工精度有很大的影响。鉴于立柱和滑座(下座)结构的复杂性以及有限元Workbench平台建模的薄弱性,采用三维软件SolidWorks进行参数化建模,对其进行模态分析、静力学分析的研究。在静动态分析的基础上,利用有限元中Design Exploration模块对模型进行响应面分析优化,通过灵敏度分析,找到影响程度较大的关键尺寸,对关键尺寸进行优化。优化结果表明,在相同约束和受力的情况下,一阶固有频率提升4.0%,质量减少9.8%,实现了轻量化的目的,满足机床的设计要求。 Column is one of the key components of the machine tool,whose performance has great effect on the machining accuracy.Aiming at the complexity of the column and slide(lower)structure and the weakness of finite element Workbench platform modeling,three-dimensional software SolidWorks is used to build entity parametric model,and modal analysis and static analysis are carried out.Based on the dynamic and static analysis,Design Exploration module of Workbench is used to carry out response surface analysis and optimization for parametric model.Key size is found out using sensitivity analysis;and the critical dimensions are optimized.The optimization results demonstrate that under the same constraint and force situation,the first nature frequency increases4.0%and the mass decreases by9.8%.The purpose of lightweight is realized to meet the design requirements of machine tools.
