摘要
高压低频交流输电技术对于大规模海上风电并网、大城市集中区域供电以及现有高压电力电缆线路扩容改造等一些必须采用高压电力电缆输电的应用场景具有独特的优势。高压大容量交-交电能变换装置为该技术的核心问题,基于H桥级联的矩阵式变换器(CHB-MC)以其优异的低频工作性能,成为实现高压低频交流输电技术的重要途径之一。CHB-MC是一种适用于高电压、大容量场合的直接型交-交变换器拓扑结构。从CHB-MC的电容电压波动入手,分析换流器环流机理;利用换流器内部环流等效电路,提出电容电压波动及环流的通项公式;推导特征环流频率及其幅值。进而对影响CHB-MC特征频率环流的相关参数进行深入的分析,并通过数字仿真进行相关证明。
The high voltage low-frequency AC transmission has many advantages in off-shore wind power,metropolis power supply,AC cable reconstruction for enlarging capacity.Herein,high voltage AC-AC converter is one of the significant technologies.As the direct AC-AC converter,the cascaded H-bridge matrix converter(CHB-MC)is an appropriate converter owing to its high performance in low frequency conditions.In this paper,DC voltage fluctuation and circulating current(CC)of CHB-MC were analyzed with common term formula based on the CC equivalent circuit.The frequency and magnitude of characterized frequency of CC were derived,and the relevant parameters of CHB-MC were also analyzed in detail.The simulation on PLECS platform verified the analyses above.
