摘要
农村寄宿制学校的建设更多的是基于一种工具理性的选择。过分强调工具理性会影响农村寄宿制学校内在价值的发挥。因此,在大力提倡素质教育,关注儿童全面发展的过程中,应该适时调整农村寄宿制学校的发展方向,以充分发挥其内在价值。以理念为先导、育人为核心、师资为根本、管理为重点、制度为保障,逐步实现寄宿制学校工具性作用和价值性作用的基本统一,使农村寄宿制学校走上内涵式发展道路。
The construction of rural boarding schools is more inclined to instrumental reason.However,this situation will affect the intrinsic value of rural boarding schools.Therefore,in order to make full use of theintrinsic value of rural boarding schools,we should adjust the development direction of rural boarding schoolsin order to advocate quality education and pay attention to children's all-round development.Specifically,rural boarding schools should take ideas as the forerunner,education as the core,teachers as fundamental,management as emphasis,system as safeguard,and ultimately achieve unity of value rationality and instrumentalreason.Through the above steps,rural boarding schools would step on the connotative development way.
