摘要
在信息化时代,一切社会关系都可以用数据来表示,这给治安治理带来了新的机遇和挑战。在社会转型时期,我们要抓住大数据所带来的历史机遇,积极利用大数据技术夯实治安治理的根基,依靠数据科学决策、依靠数据创新治安治理、依靠数据防范和打击犯罪,从而探索和创新"智慧"型治安治理模式,提升人民群众的安全感、幸福感。
In the information age, all social relations can be used to represent the data, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the security management. In the period of social transformation, we must seize the historical opportunity brought by large data. Besides, we must use Big Data technology to consolidate the foundation of public security governance, relying on data to make scientific decision,innovate a new security management model, and prevent and combat crimes. Finally, we can explore and innovate a wise type of security management model to enhance the people’s sense of security and happiness.
