摘要
目的探讨镍钛聚髌器与张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的效果。方法 72例髌骨骨折患者,根据患者入院号的单双号分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组患者予以镍钛聚髌器对髌骨骨折进行治疗,对照组患者予以张力带内固定对髌骨骨折进行治疗,观察两组患者膝关节功能治疗效果及手术时间、术后下床时间、愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者优良率为91.67%,对照组患者优良率为80.56%,比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.8581,P=0.1728>0.05)。观察组患者手术时间、术后下床时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.5152、22.9251,χ~2=3.9560,P<0.05);两组患者愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.3173,P>0.05)。结论镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折后患者的手术时间、术后下床时间、并发症均优于张力带内固定治疗,安全有效,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective To explore the effect of nitinol patellar concentrator and tension band internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods A total of 72 patellar fracture patients were divided by admission odd or even number into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group received nitinol patellar concentrator for the treatment of patellar fracture, and the control group received tension band internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture. Observation were made on knee joint function therapeutic effect, operation time, postoperative off-bed time, healing time and occurrence of complications in two groups. Results The observation group had excellent-good rate as 91.67%, while the control group had excellent-good rate as 80.56%, and the difference had no statistical significance (χ2=1.8581,P=0.1728>0.05). The observation group had better operation time, postoperative off-bed time and incidence of complications than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (t=9.5152, 22.9251,χ2=3.9560, P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in healing time (t=0.3173, P>0.05).Conclusion Nitinol patellar concentrator shows better operation time, postoperative off-bed time and occurrence of complications than tension band internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture patients, and it is safe and effective with wide clinical application prospect.
