摘要
超低氧易切削钢"纺锤形"硫化物比"条状"硫化物性能更好,通过理论计算,硫化物"纺锤型"控制的前提是低氧、高钙、高硫;对硫化物进行钙处理的前提是依次对钢液中的氧化物、硫化物进行变性处理。依此理论,汽车曲轴用钢C38+N2成功实现硫化物的"纺锤型"控制,硫化物级别可以100%实现≤2.0级。
Low oxygen free cutting steel with"spindle-type"sulfide has better performance than that with"strip-type"sulfide.Theoretical calculation showed that low oxygen,high calcium and high sulphuof sulfide are the premise for obtaining"spindle"type sulfide.When calcium treatment of sulfide is performed,the oxides should first be modified in liquid steel,and then the sulphides.So,the"spindle-type"sulphides were obtained in steel C38+N2for automobile crankshaft,and the level of sulfide inclusions could be controlled not greater than2.0.
