食品检验中多重PCR技术应用

摘要 随着社会经济的发展,我国的食品安全问题日益突出。食品安全是关乎国计民生的大事,影响着人们的日常生活和工作健康。近些年,各大媒体相继报道了食物中毒的新闻事件,细菌污染是食物中毒最主要的原因。国内制定了相关的食物病原菌的检验方法,但这些检验方法耗费大量时间,且国内试剂供应存在不配套等问题,使食物中毒病原菌的检验方法不能满足我国公共卫生的需求。本文立足于PCR的概念,对在食品检验中多重PCR技术的应用进行科学有效的阐述,为我国的食品安全提供保障。 With the development of social economy, food safety aroused people's concern gradually.Food safety problems affect people's daily life, work and health as well as related to national economy. In recent years, the media had reported that the food poisoning news events and bacterial contamination is the main reason. Our country made the inspection method of food poisoning pathogenic bacteria, but these test methods take a long time, the existence of problems make food poisoning pathogenic bacteria testing method can't adapt to the needs of the public health event emergency treatment better. In this paper, based on the concept and technical principle of PCR, introduce the application of multiple PCR technique in food inspection carries on the scientific and effective.
