摘要
重庆市位于长江上游,是我国4个直辖市之一,众多优良港口、便利的交通和优越的地理位置为重庆的经济发展提供了坚实的基础。但在重庆市发展过程中,食品安全监管方面仍存在诸多问题,本文针对重庆市现阶段存在的食品安全监管问题和对策进行分析研究,以促进重庆市食品监管工作的有效进行。
Chongqing is one of the four municipalities directly under the central government in China, it is located on the upper Yangtze river, has many good port, convenient transportation and superior geographical location, those resources provides a solid foundation for chongqing's economic development. But judging from the situation, chongqing food safety regulation in the process of development still has many problems. In order to promote the food supervision effectively, the problems of food safety supervision at present stage in chongqing and countermeasures is studied in this paper.
