摘要
近年来,随着我国科技经济的迅猛发展,我国高速公路建设取得了跨越式的飞速发展,由此也带动了公路桥梁建设的发展。先张法预制公路空心板梁因为结构简单、自重轻、承载能力非常强、施工方便、便于集中预制等众多优点在公路桥梁建设中被广泛应用,许多设计单位也优先采用。本文结合新长高速3标采用水磨石做先张法预制梁底模解决了传统薄钢板做底模时遇高温天气容易变形,焊接过程中会变形,平整度差,而且成本高等众多缺点,使工程取得非常好的经济效益,节约了大量成本,提升了预制空心板梁的质量。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's science and technology economy,China's highway construction has made rapid development,which also led to the development of highway and bridge construction.Pretensioning prestressed hollow slab beam for highway has the advantages of simple structure,light weight,strong bearing capacity,convenient construction,convenient centralized prefabrication and many other advantages in highway bridge construction,which has been widely used,and many design units also preferred to.In Xinchang highway the3section,the pretensioned precast beam terrazzo mold has been used to solve the shortcomings such as easy deformation in hot weather and in the welding process,poor flatness,high cost existing in traditional thin steel plate for the bottom mold,so as to achieve very good economic benefits,save a lot of cost and enhance the quality of precast hollow slab beam.
