摘要
随着应用型本科院校教育教学改革的深入,充分发挥校企合作的优势,对实现岗位对接、优势互补、资源共享和共赢具有非常重要的意义,也是实践型人才培养的一种重要途径和方式。文章采用调查问卷法、访谈法对6所正在参加应用实习的学生进行调查,从而了解应用型本科院校在校企合作方面的问题分析,认为忽视实践教学、实践教学内容设置不科学、缺乏校企深度合作和缺乏校企合作监控体系是目前面临的主要问题。对此,针对上述的问题,提出从实践教学培养体系、实践教学师资队伍、校企联合培养、考核机制等角度对实践教学进行改革。由此,通过上述的实践教学模式改革,加强应用型本科院校学生实践能力、创新能力的培养,提升应用型本科院校学生的竞争力。
With the deepening of education and teaching reform in application-oriented colleges and universities,the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation are brought into full play,which is of great significance for the realization of post-docking,complementary advantages,resource sharing and win-win situation.Important ways and means.This paper analyzes the problems in the application of undergraduate colleges in the aspect of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and points out that ignoring practical teaching,unscientific practice teaching content,lack of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and lack of cooperation system between schools and enterprises.The main problems facing the current.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the reform of practice teaching from the aspects of the practical teaching system,the practical teaching faculty,the joint training between schools and enterprises,and the assessment mechanism.Thus,through the reform of the practice teaching model,strengthen the practical ability of undergraduate students,innovation ability,improve the application of undergraduate college students competitiveness.
