摘要
对机器视觉技术和图像处理技术的方法进行了研究。首先,对实验室的量块进行图像采集、图像灰度化、图像平滑以及图像二值化等等的预处理等;然后,利用边缘检测和数学形态学的腐蚀、膨胀算子将目标区域连通;最后,利用Hough变换实现对直边缘物体宽度的测量。实验验证该测量方法具有处理速度快、误差小的特点,可应用于各种直边缘物体宽度的测量。
The method of machine vision technology and image processing technology is studied.First of all,the laboratory block forimage acquisition,image grayscale,image smoothing,image binarization,pretreatment;Then,the target area is connected with the corrosionof edge detection and mathematical morphology;Finally,the measurement of the width of the straight edge is realized by using the Houghtransform.The experimental results show that this method has the characteristics of fast processing speed and small error,and can be appliedto the measurement of the width of various straight edge objects.
