摘要
目的:探讨苯巴比妥联合茵陈蒿汤治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法:收治病理性黄疸患儿120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均给予苯巴比妥口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合茵陈蒿汤口服。结果:治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苯巴比妥联合茵陈蒿汤治疗新生儿病理性黄疸可提高治愈率,缩短病程,经济、方便。
Objective:To investigate the effect of phenobarbital combined with Yinchenhao decoction in the treatment of pathological jaundice of newborn.Methods:120patients with pathological jaundice were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with60cases in each.Patients in both of the groups were treated with phenobarbital oral treatment.In addations,patients in the treatment group also treated with Yinchenhao decoction orally.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phenobarbital combined with Yinchenhao decoction in the treatment of neonatal jaundice in neonates can improve the cure rate,shorten the course,and it also has adavantages such as economical and convenient.
