摘要
试验选择内蒙古推广种植的10个马铃薯品种,采用防雨棚盆栽设计进行水分胁迫处理,测定产量和植株叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛含量、根系的α-萘胺氧化力3项生化指标,分析不同品种处理的变化程度,并结合产量测定的抗旱系数,分析品种的抗旱能力。结果表明,‘蒙薯13’、‘蒙薯12’和‘蒙薯19’抗旱性最强,‘费乌瑞它’、‘蒙薯21’、‘蒙薯10’和‘大西洋’抗旱性中等,‘蒙薯14’、‘蒙薯20’和‘内薯7号’抗旱性最弱。水分胁迫处理与对照相比,叶片脯氨酸和丙二醛含量表现升高趋势,根系的α-萘胺氧化力表现降低趋势,且这3项指标与抗旱系数的相关性均达到了显著水平,在马铃薯品种的抗旱性评价中起到了重要的作用,均可作为马铃薯抗旱性评价的指标。
Potatoes,which were grown in pot in a rain-proof shed,of ten extensively cultivated varieties in InnerMongolia were water stressed and evaluated for their yields and proline and malondialdehyde contents,andα-naphthyamine oxidation activity.Changes in traits of potato were measured and drought tolerance coefficient for yieldwas calculated,and drought tolerance of potatoes tested was analyzed.'Mengshu13','Mengshu12',and'Mengshu19'were identified as high drought tolerance,'Favorita','Mengshu21','Mengshu10'and'Atlantic'as middle droughttolerance,and'Mengshu14','Mengshu20',and'Neishu7'as low drought tolerance.Under water stress,malondialdehydeand proline contents in leaves of potato were increased,andα-naphthyamine in roots was decreased.The threephysiological indexes were significantly correlated to drought tolerance index.Therefore,they are important inevaluation of potato drought tolerance,and could be used as indexes to evaluate the drought tolerance of potato.
