摘要
目的:分析"病例导入式"教学法在急诊医学教学中的效果。方法:将50名临床医学专业五年制学生随机分为试验组与对照组。在急诊医学部分课程教学时,对照组给予传统授课式教学,试验组给予"病例导入式"教学法,比较两组学生的基础理论知识的掌握情况以及综合分析能力的提升情况。结果:试验组的综合分析能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。93.6%的学生认为"病例导入式"教学方法能够有效提高实践能力,77.6%的学生认为可提高学习积极性,75.3%的学生认为可提高自学能力,51.9%的学生认为可提高学习效率。结论:"病例导入式"教学法能够有效提高学生的综合分析能力,应该在急诊医学教学中进行推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of“case import type”teaching method in emergency medicine teaching.Methods:50cases of five-year students of clinical medicine specialty were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the part of the course teaching of emergency medicine,the control group was given traditional teaching style,and theexperimental group was given the"case import type"teaching method.The grasp situation of basic theoretical knowledge andpromotion situation of comprehensive analysis ability were compared between groups.Results:The comprehensive analysis abilityof the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).93.6%students considered that the"case import type"teaching method can effectively improve the practical ability;77.6%students improved the learningenthusiasm;75.3%students improved the self-learning ability;51.9%students improved the learning efficiency.Conclusion:The"case import type"teaching method can effectively improve the comprehensive analysis ability of students.It should be applied inemergency medicine teaching.
