摘要
目的分析冠心病心力衰竭患者接受益气温阳活血利水中药治疗的效果,为临床心力衰竭病例提供治疗依据。方法 94例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例。对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组使用益气温阳活血利水中药治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行观察分析。结果治疗组患者显效35例,有效8例,无效4例,治疗总有效率为91.5%;对照组患者显效30例,有效5例,无效12例,治疗总有效率为74.5%,治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者接受益气温阳活血利水中药治疗的效果突出,临床可以推广使用。
Objective To analyze effect by traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating qi,warming yang,activating blood and promoting dieresis in the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure patients,and to provide reference for heart failure cases in clinical treatment.Methods A total of94patients with coronary heart disease heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with47cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating qi,warming yang,activating blood and promoting dieresis for treatment.Observation and analysis weremade on clinical effects in the two groups.Results The treatment group had35excellent cases,8effective cases,and4in effective cases,with total effective rate as91.5%.The control group had30excellent cases,5effectivecases and12ineffective cases,with total effective rate as74.5%.The treatment group had obviously highertotal effective rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine of invigorating qi,warming yang,activating blood and promoting dieresis shows excellent effect for patients with coronary heart disease heart failure,and this method is worth clinical promotion.
