摘要
针对近年来国网威海供电公司电视会议系统可靠率降为99.69%这一问题,"海创"QC小组对主要故障类型开展了调查,发现视频信号类故障较高,进而调查得知会场视频设备故障频发是症结,并确定会场主摄像机VGA视频输出方式不合理和无UPS供电环境是要因。针对要因制订了相应对策并加以实施,使得电视会议系统的可靠率提升到99.96%,满足了公司制订的可靠率不得小于99.90%的质量标准。
In recent years,reliability of video conference system in State Grid Weihai Power Supply Company has decreased to99.69%.Focusing on this issue,“Haichuang”QC group carries out investigations on essential fault types,discovering that the crucial reason is the high fault frequency of video devices,and confirms that the main factors include unfeasibility of VGA output mode of main camera and absence of UPS environment.As per these main factors,corresponding countermeasures are formulated,which raises the reliability to99.96%,meeting the quality standard of reliability of not less than99.90%required by the company.
